 If there is anybody that was refused any kind of claims by “Claim Secure” that was not refused by COWAN, (ie. Not the same brand of medication,,,,, not paying for over the counter medication,,,,,, dental treatment or denture or braces no longer covered etc.) Please report it to cupegerry@persona.ca.

                 We are currently working on some of these complaints including the fact that the optometrists can no longer bill direct the benefits provider.

We need you to have rejection notice from “Claim Secure” so we can rectify the problem.

Our benefits are not to be changed for the duration of the Contract.  If you bring proof, it will make it easier to fix it for everybody.
