While legislation was pending, the terms of your collective agreements were to remain frozen under the Labour Relations Act. I found out that the Board put all Board employees under the 10 sick day rule. I got this information confirmed by our Manager.
Under the direction of CUPE national, we filed and Individual Grievance for every Member that lost their sick days, gratuities, etc.
We need to have you sign your Personal Grievance.
